- Competitive pay structure with W2 employment (for therapists) or W2/1099 options (for medical providers)

Flexible, Modern Work Model
- Flexible Hybrid Model: blend of in-person sessions in our Lincoln Park office as well as remote work (telehealth) flexibility. 4-day work-weeks also accommodated.
- Functional systems: Google Workspace Suite and an integrated EHR with streamlined documentation and e-prescribe features.
Training & Ongoing Support
- Structured onboarding and training: organized dashboard and “ramp-up” plan to ensure a smooth, confident start

- Full-service operations: billing, credentialing, referral coordination, and Psychology Today profile management handled for you

We’re currently seeking talented and values-aligned professionals to join our expanding team:
Functional Medicine Provider
(MD, DO, APRN, DC or PA — active Illinois medical license required. Prior experience in functional medicine required.)
Integrative Psychiatric Provider
(MD, DO, APRN, or PA — active Illinois medical license required. Prior experience in psychiatry required.)
Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT)
(Must hold an active independent license in Illinois; provisionally licensed candidates considered on a case-by-case basis.)
Therapy Resident (Intern)
(For 2nd-year MSW or Counseling students completing fieldwork; prior mental health experience preferred.)
