Psychiatric Provider (Psychiatrist / PMHNP / PA-C) – Chicago, IL | Hybrid
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced psychiatric provider who values a personalized, integrative approach to mental health care. At Lily Center of Chicago, PLLC, you’ll collaborate with therapists and (soon) functional medicine providers to deliver whole-person treatment that addresses both emotional and biological roots of mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide thoughtful medication management
- Collaborate with therapists to support clients’ ongoing treatment goals
- Integrate lifestyle, wellness, and cognitive-behavioral approaches alongside medication care
- Maintain clear, concise documentation and manage prescriptions within our EHR system (with e-prescribe features)
Qualifications
- Active Illinois medical license (MD, DO, APRN, or PA)
- Prior outpatient psychiatry experience of at least 2 years required.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and values-aligned approach
- Comfort working autonomously with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to excellence and ongoing professional growth
Compensation & Structure
- W-2 arrangements preferred
- Competitive Compensation with full administrative support
- Full-service infrastructure including billing, credentialing, and scheduling
- Hybrid schedule offering both in-person and telehealth options
- Opportunities for leadership and program development as this service line expands
- Training sponsorship in integrative psychiatry, lifestyle medicine, or other relevant approaches
