Meet Noa Beckham-Chasnoff,
our therapy resident
My STORY
Before becoming a therapist, I was an actor, drawn to the complexity and humanity in every character. What captivated me most was the process of understanding people’s inner lives: their fears, experiences, strengths, and desires. I was fascinated by the question, “What makes people the way they are, and how do we grow?” That curiosity, combined with a deep value for empathy and connection, is what led me to a career in therapy. Today, I help clients explore the parts of their story ready to be seen, understood, and transformed.
MY philosophy
I take an integrative approach, blending practical tools with deep personal reflection. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life, as well as the root causes and patterns shaping your current struggles. I’ll help you build skills, such as managing emotions, improving communication, and setting boundaries, while also making space to understand the deeper layers of your experience. Our work will focus on helping you connect with your strengths, shift unhelpful narratives, and move toward a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.

STYLE/PERSONALITY
As a therapist, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you can feel supported and have your voice truly heard. I also bring a focused, goal-oriented approach. I’m here to help you clarify what matters to you, explore patterns in your life, and make meaningful progress. I believe therapy should be both reflective and practical, offering insight as well as concrete tools for growth and lasting change.
Outside of session, you can find me gardening at my community plot, cooking, or traveling. I value balance, creativity, and meaningful connection, and I love supporting others in creating lives reflecting those values.
