In-network:
We are in-network with BCBS PPO and Blue Choice plans. Plans vary on client-payment responsibility. You can contact your insurance company to understand your specific coverage details and receive an estimate on what you would likely owe per-session.
Out-of-network:
If you have insurance other than the plans listed above, but are still interested in our services, here are some things to know:
• OON benefits are included in many insurance plans. If you have OON benefits, you would pay the fee upfront and then your insurance company would reimburse you for out-of-network services.
• Courtesy OON Benefits Checks: If you contact us, we can gather insurance information and check into your out-of-network benefits. We will sort out the details of your OON benefits for you and provide you with a summary.
• Courtesy billing: We will submit claims for you even if you are OON, to save you the hassle of submitting claims yourself.
• HSA/FSA is accepted for both clients INN and OON to cover the cost of sessions.
• Payment Plans are offered on a case-by-case basis.
• Sliding scale (reduced fee) sessions are offered on a case-by-case basis.
