ABOUT THE GROUP
In this 3-part series, you’ll develop clarity and gain confidence through discussion, reflection and practical exercises. We’ll review the essential foundations and skills for thriving in your twenties, thirties (and beyond). You’ll walk away with a stronger foundation of clarity and a practical skillset which will take your confidence a notch up and enhance your life both personally and professionally.
This series is specifically designed for young professional women who are navigating the complexities of life in their twenties and thirties and want to proactively set themselves up for success long-term. If you’re seeking a strengthened sense of self, clarity, confidence and overall to navigate life + the future more confidently, this series is for you!
Drawing upon personal development and faith-inspired principles from a Christian perspective, we’ll be sure to provide a comprehensive personal growth experience. Women, regardless of their faith background, are warmly welcomed to join this inclusive and supportive group. We aim to cultivate a pressure free environment where introverts and extroverts alike will feel comfortable.
Regardless of your group engagement style (e.g. like-to-talk or don’t-like-to-talk-and-just-want-to-listen), you’re welcome! We structure our workshops in a manner that creates an effective space for both styles of attendance.
Throughout the course of the series, we’ll focus on these specific topics:

Week 1: Build a Clear Foundation of Values + Identity: Amidst the grind of daily life, the pressures of social media, peer/family opinions (the list goes on…), there’s a lot of noise. We’ll help you cut through the noise, cultivate clearer purpose and get intentional about who you’re becoming and the life you’re building.

Week 2: Improve Your Relationship with YOURSELF: We often go unaware of how we’re relating to ourselves which is a slippery slope to self-sabotage. We’ll identify the best, most practical ways to improve how you relate to yourself that will spark inner peace while enhancing well-being, productivity and performance.

Week 3: Improve Your Relationships with OTHERS: Whether single, dating or married, relationships are all over in different capacities and have a great impact on us. We ALL can benefit from becoming more aware in our relationships + finding effective ways to more effortlessly navigate and enhance our relationships.
