Please note the following information for therapy services before booking your consultation:
We can only treat clients who are physically located in the state of Illinois, even virtually if seeking therapy.
Our private pay fees are $150 per session and $175 for the initial intake therapy session.
We are in-network (INN) with BCBS PPO, Blue Choice, United Health Care and AETNA.
We offer virtual sessions and in-person sessions at our office 561 W. Diversey Pkwy Chicago, IL 60614.
