My STORY

I’ve always been deeply drawn to understanding people — their stories, relationships, struggles, and the experiences that shape who they are. I’m passionate about helping others live fuller, more meaningful lives and feel more connected to themselves and the people around them. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue their goals, feel purpose, and grow into the version of themselves they want to be. Being able to support people through self-discovery, healing, and change is incredibly meaningful to me, and will forever motivate me to continue in this field.

MY philosophy

My philosophy for therapy is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to live a life they genuinely love and feel proud of. While challenges, setbacks, and painful experiences are an inevitable part of life, therapy can provide the support and tools needed to stay grounded, navigate difficulties, and reconnect with yourself along the way. I believe healing begins with self-understanding, compassion, and the willingness to take that first step toward growth. No matter what you are facing, you are worthy of support, worthy of healing, and worthy of creating a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and fulfilling to you.
