At Lily Counseling, we work with teens and young adult women ages 16 and up who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of themselves. If school feels stressful, friendships feel complicated, or you feel pressure to have everything figured out, therapy gives you a space to slow down and talk things through. You do not have to handle everything on your own.

Therapy is a place where you can be honest, ask questions, and learn tools that actually help. 

A Supportive Approach for You

Your sessions are focused on what you need. Together, we work on understanding your emotions, building confidence, and developing skills to handle stress, relationships, and big changes. Sessions are available in-person or virtually and move at your pace.

If faith is important to you, we also offer faith-based counseling that integrates Christian or Catholic values into sessions in a supportive and respectful way.

do you take insurance?

We are in-network (INN) with BCBS PPO and Blue Choice, United Health Care, AETNA, and SANA. INN client-payment responsibility varies based on plan. We can obtain a quote from your insurance company.

We are OON with all other insurance plans. If you are OON, you still may be eligible for reimbursement and we offer options to make services affordable— see below for details.

HSA/FSA is accepted to cover the cost of sessions (INN and OON). You or a family member may have HSA/FSA benefits through your employer. You also may have OON benefits and be eligible for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about your OON benefits. We can provide necessary documentation to submit claims to your insurance company.
