Meet Bella MCCORMICK, LCSW, CADC
OUr Owner & therapist

My STORY
Like most people, I had ideas about what I wanted to be when I grew up – none of which included ‘therapist’ and many of which involved my compassion for animals, creativity and attention to detail. Through life experiences, I came to realize my calling as a therapist: using my compassion, creativity and personal understanding of perfectionism to help others find peace and flourish.
MY philosophy
Life is tough — but we need more than just a helmet. Sometimes we’re not sure what we need or how to get there… enter: therapy. I see effective therapy as an art — one that connects, guides, and transforms us. I believe there’s a good reason you think and feel the way you do. Through connection, curiosity, and creativity, we’ll explore those deeper roots together. Along the way, I’ll offer practical tools to help you feel calmer and more capable in your everyday life.
Pain is part of being human, but we weren’t meant to face it alone. Instead of toughing it out in isolation, we can let pain connect and strengthen us — while also learning how to reduce its grip. In other words, you don’t have to feel this way forever. Hope and healing are possible. I’ve had the honor of walking alongside hundreds of clients as they’ve experienced meaningful change, and I’d be honored to walk with you too.
