Integrative Psychiatric Provider
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced psychiatric provider who values a personalized, integrative approach to mental health care. At Lily Counseling, you’ll collaborate with therapists and (soon) functional medicine providers to deliver whole-person treatment that addresses both emotional and biological roots of mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide thoughtful medication management
- Collaborate with therapists to support clients’ ongoing treatment goals
- Integrate lifestyle, wellness, and cognitive-behavioral approaches alongside medication care
- Maintain clear, concise documentation and manage prescriptions within our EHR system (with e-prescribe features)
Qualifications
- Active Illinois medical license (MD, DO, APRN, or PA)
- Prior experience in psychiatry (required)
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and values-aligned approach
- Comfort working autonomously with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to excellence and ongoing professional growth
Compensation & Structure
- Flexible W-2 or 1099 arrangement (see careers page for W-2 benefit details)
