My STORY
I have always had a deep passion to connect with others. I have a background in health science so I value the mind-body connection. After a period of self-reflection of what I truly wanted to do with my life and how I could best help others, I knew the answer was through therapy. I was always considered “the therapist friend” growing up and found being there for others facing mental health struggles very natural and extremely fulfilling. I find such beauty in the human experience and want to help individuals navigate that experience. I find it an honor to be able to learn from others and understand their point of view.
MY philosophy
I view the therapy space as collaborative. I don’t feel like I am there to cast judgment or tell someone what to do, but rather to meet someone where they are in life. Understanding what makes someone unique helps me appreciate them for their individuality. I have always believed that exploring the world and things that are out of our comfort zone can offer personal growth and connection. I love being out in the world including being in nature, being with others, and with animals. I believe that being in community is important for personal development.

STYLE/PERSONALITY
I view the therapy space as collaborative. I don’t feel like I pride myself on being authentic and making the therapeutic space as comfortable as possible in order to make it more inviting. I think it is important to invite curiosity around self-exploration and believe in digging beneath the surface to provide deeper healing.
