My STORY

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been driven by a desire to help people feel seen, understood, and supported. I initially pursued a career in the medical field, believing that was the most direct way to help others. Over time, I felt limited by only addressing physical concerns and realized supporting people as they make sense of their expectations, emotions, and relationships is what truly enacts change.

That realization led me to the field of therapy. In my work, I help clients better understand themselves, identify patterns keeping them stuck, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, burnt out, or unsure how to move forward. Our work focuses on helping them feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with what they want for their lives. I strive to build genuine, collaborative relationships where clients feel safe to show up exactly as they are. I believe healing happens when honesty meets compassion—when we can tell the truth about our experiences and still feel accepted.

MY philosophy

The belief that your struggles are only one part of your story is what grounds my approach. Your struggles may shape you, but they do not define you. I combine my background in medicine with therapeutic interventions to treat the whole-person: body, mind, and soul. Together, we’ll explore your values, strengths, and goals, while also addressing the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interfering with your ability to thrive. My goal is to support meaningful, lasting change so you can feel more connected to the fullest version of yourself—because you deserve nothing less.
